♦ Metro Bearing & Automotive Limited was founded in Hong Kong.  

♦ First factory was setup in Panyu and started production of auto parts and accessories.  

♦ Factory was moved to new premises in Dongguan and named MBA-BTC Inc. with 40,000sq.ft.area. MBA-BTC Inc. obtained QA-9000 certification.

♦ A joint venture company  FUWA- BTC Company Limited was established,  in Shunde with an area of 430,000 sq. ft mainly for the production of spring brake chambers and slack adjusters.

♦  FUWA BTC Company obtained ISO/TS16949 certification.

♦  MBA-BTC Inc. obtained ISO/TS16949 certification. Breaking record for manual slacks-140,000  pieces per month.

♦  The construction of a brand new factory located in Taishan, Guangdong is proceeding in high gear for new product lines. The first phase covers an area of 400,000 sq.ft. and is opening on Mar, 2014

♦  MBA  Heavy Duty Parts Inc were Formally put into production.

♦  Design a new flow of  tools and molds for Kawasaki robotic stamping line.

♦  Lunched the 1st Kawasaki stamping line and Clamp band robotic stamping line and IATF certified.

♦  2nd Kawasaki robotic stamping line had been set up.

♦  OTC automatic robotic welding line had been set up.

♦  2nd set of  robotic welding line set up.

♦  3rd  set of robotic welding line set up.

♦  4th  set of robotic welding line set up and build Malaysia new factory.

♦  5th  set of robotic welding line set up and Trial run production of Malaysia factory.

♦  Malaysia  factory IATF certified.
